- We book a 15-Minute Fit Call. Fifteen minutes to confirm the Review fits your situation and this month’s capacity, before you send anything financial.
- If it fits, you provide the financial information needed for the Review.
- I compare your operating model in Easy Numbers order: revenue and pricing; direct costs, vendors, and appropriate subcontractors; direct labor; gross or contribution economics; overhead; owner compensation; and pretax profit.
- I walk you through your current economics, the target economics, what appears reasonably executable over the next 12 months, your conservative Validated Financial Opportunity, and which opportunity deserves attention first.
- If the opportunity justifies acting on it, we discuss the 60-Day Cash & Profit Reset. Your Reset investment is calibrated to that validated opportunity, and you see the exact number before you decide anything.
The Review identifies and validates the opportunity. It does not rebuild or implement the financial system, create a full forecast or cash-flow plan, or guarantee that a particular dollar result will be realized.

The Owner Pay Scorecard takes about two minutes and needs no financials. It is a lower-commitment way to see whether owner pay, profit, or cash may need attention. The Profit Opportunity Review is the higher-intent diagnostic for owners ready to apply.
The Review reveals and validates the opportunity. The Reset builds the system to help capture it.
The Profit Opportunity Review establishes the economic case: what the business produces now, what it should be producing, and what the opportunity is conservatively worth over the next 12 months. The 60-Day Cash & Profit Reset is where the targets, models, owner pay plan, cash requirements, dashboards, and decision tools actually get built.
You should not have to buy a financial solution before you understand the financial problem. That is why the Review comes first, and why your Reset investment is calibrated to the opportunity the Review validated rather than to your revenue.
