Use of Artificial Intelligence
I use artificial intelligence tools to deliver, improve, and personalize my services. This includes:
- Analyzing your assessment responses to generate personalized results and recommendations
- Drafting and refining client deliverables (such as P&L recasts, forecasts, and dashboards)
- Building financial models, calculators, and diagnostic tools
- Creating educational content and email communications
- Powering features inside my client portal and client financial tools
Current AI providers include:
- Anthropic (Claude models, used for reasoning and content generation)
- OpenAI (used for select content and image generation tasks)
- Other AI tools as integrated through my software platforms (such as HubSpot AI features, the assessment platform's results engine, and Canva AI)
How I handle your data with AI:
- I do not allow AI providers to train their models on your personal or business information
- I use enterprise and API-tier accounts that contractually prohibit training on your data
- I review AI-generated outputs before delivering them as client work
- AI is a tool I use to deliver my services. It does not replace the strategic judgment, advisory work, or accountability that you engage me for
Your choices:
If you prefer that I do not process your information through AI tools, please email nick@easyflowcfo.com before submitting an assessment, downloading a resource, or engaging my services. I will discuss alternatives where reasonable.
How I Protect Your Data
I store your data securely and limit access to essential service providers. My website uses SSL encryption. I follow reasonable best practices for data protection, including encrypted transmission, secure cloud storage, and access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While I work hard to protect your information, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you receive an email from me and prefer not to be contacted, simply reply with "unsubscribe" or click the unsubscribe link, and I will remove you from all outreach immediately.
Children's Privacy
My services are intended for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided me with personal information, please contact me so I can delete it.
