I’m Nick Marcogliese, founder of EasyFlow CFO. I help owners understand their numbers and use that financial understanding when they decide. There is no handoff to a junior analyst.
Finance, and how people use it
I earned degrees in finance and psychology from Millikin University and graduated summa cum laude in both.
Finance is how I read what the business earns, spends, and can afford. Psychology shapes how I explain it. A plan is useful when you understand it well enough to act.
I am not a CPA. I do not provide bookkeeping, tax preparation, or audit services. I work alongside the accounting professionals you already trust, and I use the records they maintain.
What working together is for
I look at how the business makes money, what it costs to operate, and which decisions are in front of you. Then I explain the findings in plain language and connect them to owner pay, profit, cash, pricing, hiring, and growth.
You know the operation. I help you see the financial consequences of the choices in front of you. You and your team still make those changes.
