Do the work with me for 60 days. If you cannot name your three numbers at day 60, you get every dollar back. Conditional, defined in writing before you sign.

The three numbers

In 60 days, you will know three things you do not know today:

• Your exact Owner Pay Gap, in dollars.
• Your True Breakeven, with your wage included.
• Your Profit Target for the next 12 months.

What the work requires

The guarantee is conditional. You do your part:

• Show up to both checkpoints.
• Get me your P&L.
• Apply the recommendations.

The condition

If the system is not installed and those three numbers are not in your hands at day 60, you get every dollar back. The condition is defined in writing before you sign.
