THE 60-DAY SHIFT GUARANTEE

Know Where You Stand by Day 60, or the Reset Fee Is Refunded.

Let me be straight about what I can and cannot promise.

I cannot guarantee your profit percentage, your revenue, your owner salary or your debt balance sixty days from now. Those depend on your market, your customers, your team and the decisions you make. Anyone guaranteeing you a number is guaranteeing something they do not control.

What I do control is the work, and that is what I will stand behind.

The guarantee

Complete the process, attend the required checkpoints and apply the agreed actions. If by Day 60 you do not:

  • Have the complete system built — your recast P&L, owner pay roadmap, cash flow roadmap, twelve-month forecast, productivity ratios, monthly dashboard and decision calculators, all built on your numbers.
  • Understand where your business actually stands — what it produces, what it can afford to pay you, and how much cash has to stay in it.
  • Know what needs to change — which problems are live in your business, what each is worth, and which one to fix first.
  • Be able to use the system yourself — enough to run your next financial decision through it without me on the call.

Then the Reset fee is refunded.

How the 60 days work

Your system is built within 30 days of your scheduled start. I stay with you for the following month to implement it, train you on it, and answer the questions that only come up once you start using it.

There are required checkpoints inside that window. They exist because I cannot deliver understanding to someone who does not show up, and the guarantee is written around understanding.

What this is not

This is not a promise of a financial result, and it is not a refund for changing your mind halfway through. The full terms live in the service agreement you sign before we start, and nothing on this page overrides it.

A shift, not a shortcut. The work is on me. Showing up is on you.
