- OpenAI (used for select content and image generation tasks)
- Other AI tools as integrated through our software platforms (such as HubSpot AI features, ScoreApp's results engine, and Canva AI)
How we handle your data with AI:
- We do not allow AI providers to train their models on your personal or business information
- We use enterprise and API-tier accounts that contractually prohibit training on your data
- AI-generated outputs are reviewed by Nick before being delivered as client work
- AI is a tool we use to deliver our services. It does not replace the strategic judgment, advisory work, or accountability that you engage us for

If you prefer that we do not process your information through AI tools, please email nick@easyflowcfo.com before submitting an assessment, downloading a resource, or engaging our services. We will discuss alternatives where reasonable.
